Stir Fry with Cabbage & Salmon

This is one of my favorite type of meals when I don’t have a lot of time for cooking.

Cabbage Stir Fry

Frying up thinly sliced white cabbage together with a source of protein is one of my favorite type of meals when I don’t have a lot of time for cooking.

I start by frying up thinly sliced cabbage. A lot of times I also add a chopped onion for both flavor and added nutrition, but only cabbage works as well. Then I add pieces of either salmon, chicken, or shrimp and stir it together. Add salt and pepper, and any other spices you want – curry is usually one of my go to spices, simply because I love curry!! Add a little cream or coconut milk if you want it a bit creamier. And BOOM, your meal is done!!
