Sometimes I make it with only cabbage and sometimes I add grated carrots.<\/p>\n<p>What you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>white cabbage<\/li>\n<li>carrots (optional)<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<li>caraway (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Start by thinly slicing or shredding cabbage, either by hand or in a food processor. Add some grated carrots if you want, and mix it together with the cabbage. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and caraway (seeds or ground).
