My sister made these awesome cream popsicles for her daughter’s birthday party. She made two different ones – one with dairy and one without dairy. The light one is a strawberry ice cream and the darker one is a dairy free raspberry and strawberry ice cream with coconut milk instead of dairy. She sweetened the popsicles with xylitol and stevia extract.<\/p>\n

You can really use any sugar free ice cream recipe you want! I’ll be filling up with more ice cream recipes the coming weeks as I translate my recipes from Swedish to English.<\/p>\n
