Parsley is one of many healthy herbs that can be used in a multitude of ways!! Parsley originated from southern Europe around the Mediterranean Sea. Maybe that’s why it goes so well with garlic? \ud83d\ude09\u00a0Parsley contains a really impressive amount of vitamin K (over 500% of daily recommended value), and also contains\u00a0a good amount of vitamin C and A.\u00a0Parsley has a mild detoxing effect on the body and is therefore a good ingredient to add in green juices to help detox the body.\u00a0Here are my favorite ways of using parsley:<\/p>\n

Salads & Green Drinks:<\/strong> Add parsley to salads, green drinks, or vegetable juices.<\/p>\n

Soups:<\/strong> Parsley can be added\u00a0to soups, such as tomato soup or chicken broth soup,\u00a0before serving for added flavor and aroma.<\/p>\n

Garnish:<\/strong> Fresh parsley is simple to use as a garnish on top of food, to make a dish look a bit extra nice.<\/p>\n
