Asian Green Beans

This combination is AMAZING!!! When I made this the first time, my dad kept telling me how incredibly good it was!

What you need:

  • Green beans
  • Yellow onion
  • Coconut oil or butter
  • Mushrooms
  • Coconut aminos

How to make it:

  1. Cut the onion in half and then slice thinly.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
  3. Fry the onion and mushrooms in coconut oil or butter.
  4. Add some coconut aminos (or tamari sauce).
  5. Add the green beans and let cook until done; stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and maybe some crushed seaweed (optional).
