Asparagus with Olive Oil & Lemon
You can also cook asparagus by blanching it in hot water for about 2 min on the stove!
What you need:
- asparagus
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
Rinse the asparagus and cut into smaller pieces. Put in a pot with boiling water and let simmer for 2 minutes. Strain and toss with olive oil, a dash of lemon juice, and sea salt. Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast over the asparagus for an extra touch to complement the lemon juice.
