Ice Chocolate with Nuts

What you need:

200 grams (7 oz) sugar free dark chocolate
100 grams (3.5 oz) coconut oil
Chopped nuts
Unsweetened dried cranberries (optional)

What to do:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath. Chop the nuts and stir into the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into molds and let cool. If you live where it’s warmer, store these in the fridge since they melt quicker than normal chocolate. Enjoy! 🙂
