The easiest way to start living healthier is by simply eating more REAL food!! I know it can feel like it’s easier said than done, but it really is that simple! The more real food you eat, the healthier you tend to eat. Period.

So what is real food? Well, it’s not fast food, processed foods, sodas, or candy. It’s fruit and vegetables, eggs, fish, meat, etc.

Then you can of course start talking about the quality of food, and we will. For example organic produce and meat from healthier and happier animals (100% grass fed cows, wild caught fish, etc). But the most important thing is to eat more real food! If you do that, then you’ve come further than most people in today’s society.

So, here’s my encouragement to you: Eat more real food! Enjoy the different foods we have on our planet. Try new seasonings, new vegetables, new meats, and explore different flavors. Your body will thank you for it!
