Chia Pudding

Chia pudding – basic recipe

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml almond milk or 100 ml full fat coconut milk and 100 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/4 tsp bourbon vanilla powder)
  • cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • liquid stevia to taste (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together and let sit in fridge until the consistency you want, at least a few hours, or even overnight. Prepare the chia pudding at night and then your breakfast will be all ready to eat once you wake up! 🙂
